Cards Arena is operated by WCGF SAS, 250 Rue Maryam Mirzakhani, 34967 Montpellier Cedex 2, France. These terms cover the websites listed below and their corresponding Cards Arena games and applications: Cribbage24, Pinochle24, BidWhist24, OhHell24, Canasta24. Other WCGF projects have their own documents. Rules and available features depend on the game and version.
Account and use
You may play as a guest or use the offered sign-in options. Protect your credentials and provide accurate information. Recovering a guest profile not linked to an account may be impossible after reinstallation. Respect other users; fraud, ranking manipulation and exploitation of vulnerabilities are prohibited. Minors must have any permissions required to use the service and make purchases.
Service and advertising
The current games are free entertainment. Scores, achievements and rewards have no cash value. Advertising can be displayed in supported versions; availability and limits are shown in the game. No payment obligation arises from these terms. Previously acquired rights and mandatory consumer remedies remain protected.
Content and rights
Software, text and graphics are protected by their respective owners' rights. Traditional game rules are not claimed as exclusive. You retain rights to content you provide and permit its use as necessary to operate and moderate the service. Nicknames, avatars and results may be visible in community features and rankings.
Availability and ending use
Online features need an internet connection. Maintenance and updates may interrupt access. We may take proportionate action against abuse; you may ask support to review a restriction. You may stop using the service and request deletion of online data. No provision excludes liability or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes are communicated appropriately and do not retroactively remove acquired rights.
